Our farm store is open 12-5pm Weds-Sunday.

Most of what we grow and raise here on the farm goes directly to our restaurant, San Fermo, in Ballard. We stock our farm store with many of the products prepared there with our farm ingredients.
From San Fermo
Grass-fed beef and duroc pork bolognese & saffron spaghetti, castelvetrano olives, Marcona almonds with fried rosemary, Italian burrata, stracciatella, finishing oils & balsamic.
Baked Pastas ready to cook:
Sausage stuffed Shells w/ mozzarella, parmesan, & marinara.
Rigatoni Nerano w/ fried zucchini, salami picante, stracciatella & parmesan.

Duroc pork shoulder, golden Beet Borscht, onion jam, pear and apple butter, pickles, apples, eggs, preserves, herb salts and calendula healing salve.
