Farm dinners

San Fermo will be hosting 10 farm dinners in 2025. The event dates are shown in the calendar below.

 

Details - Events are held in our garden pergola and feature a 5-course, sit-down dinner for 26 guests at three communal tables. These chef-driven menus feature the livestock and produce from our farm and neighboring farms. All guests are served the same meal. If you have dietary restrictions, please reach out through email before purchasing tickets.

 

Tickets - Tickets are $400 each and each ticket admits two guests. Price includes arrival refreshments, 5-course paired wine dinner, stove-top espresso, sales tax, and service.

 

Farm dinner menus - Due to livestock processing schedules, menu details are announced a couple weeks prior to each event. We do not encourage guests with meat-restricted diets, although all are certainly welcome. If you avoid specific meats or have significant dietary restrictions, you may miss a few courses, so please reach out before purchasing. For guests with pescatarian diets, we offer a seafood-based dinner with the local catch in June. This dinner will be posted on the event calendar when the announcements go out in January

Cancelations - Due to the process of scheduling these events, all bookings are final following your payment confirmation. If something comes up, you're welcome to transfer your tickets to other guests. Please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you. In the event of severe weather, we'll cancel the event and offer either refunds or extend your ticket to a later event based on availability.

 

Event schedule – Generally guests arrive at 3:30pm to walk the grounds, tour the farm, meet the animals, and visit our farm stand. We begin seating for dinner at 4:30, and the evening wraps around 7:30pm. In July and August, events start an hour later to avoid the heat of the day.
