Private Dinners

San Fermo hosts private dinners in our garden pergola for up to 26 guests. Bookings are available Friday through Sunday, from May through September. These events work well for rehearsal dinners, private celebrations, and corporate events. Please reach out with questions, specific date inquiries, or requests for onsite tours.

Menu 

• Olives, almonds, prosecco, and rosé on arrival.

• Antipasti - Farm salad with produce from our farm and neighboring farms.

• Primi - Choice of San Fermo Bolognese with farm beef and pork, or seasonal vegetarian risotto.

• Secondi – Grilled or braised course with choice of beef, lamb or pork, based on our processing schedule or offerings from neighboring farms. Grilled vegetables available for guests with meat-restricted diets.

• Seasonal tiramisu, based on current offering from the restaurant.

• Paired wine service throughout, stove-top espresso during dessert.

 

Cost - $200 per person, with a 20-guest minimum. Children are welcome with a discounted menu price, although this does not affect the $4,000 minimum. Please reach out for more information.

 

FAQ

• Weddings – These events work well for simple dinner celebrations, but we do not host wedding receptions, ceremonies or make use of the grounds for photographs. If you are hosting a wedding event, please be clear in your inquiry so we can advise you on the options available.

• Menus and dietary restrictions – The host will choose the menu that all guests are served, there are options for vegetarians on the second and third courses. If you expect any guests with dietary restrictions, please let us know in your inquiry. 

• Alcohol and Spirits – Wine service is included in the price. If any of your guests do not drink alcohol, we are happy to provide nonalcoholic wines and other beverages. Discounts are not available. We do not provide hard liquor for these events. 

• Bathrooms – Our bathrooms are honey bucket-style restrooms to reduce impact on the limited farm septic system.

• ADA – The garden is accessible, but the grounds are uneven and unpaved. Bathroom accommodation can be made indoors for wheelchair or aged guests that require them.

• Parking – Parking is available on the farm for up to 20 cars. The parking area is on un-even ground and unpaved. We can provide parking for up to 5 vehicles with low clearance.
