A family farm on the Skagit River outside of La Conner, Washington
Glamp Ground Rentals
We rent our family glamp ground for overnight stays from June through October. The space has a convertible wall tent/gazebo with a fold out bed, and a hippie dome with cushioned rugs and foam blankets for sleeping. Guests provide their own sleeping bags, potable water, and anything they’ll need for the stay. There is a firepit available when the burn-ban is not in affect, and a propane grill for cooking. Honey bucket-style restrooms are a short walk down the hill from the site. Parking is available on the farm but not at the glamp site. You are welcome to unload and move your car.

Price is $200 per night for up to 4 guests. There is a $200 damage and cleaning deposit. Check in is at noon, and check out at 10am.

If you would like to bring your own tent or add additional guests, please reach out for more information.
Details and restrictions
Our livestock and your pets – We raise cattle, sheep, fowl, and forest raised pigs near the glamp ground. These animals are vulnerable and sensitive to strange dogs, so bringing a pet must be approved and require a separate waiver and behavior deposit.
Supplies – Guests provide their own food & beverage, potable water, and camping supplies
Clean-up – Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it and cart away all garbage, spent cooking oils, and recycling.
Sound – Out of respect for our neighbors we only allow minimal Bluetooth-style speakers played at volumes that do not extend beyond the glamp ground. No music played after 10pm.
Deposit - Any damage to structures, furniture, the grounds or clean-up/garbage removal required by the farm staff will impact the deposit.
Farm access – Guests are welcome to walk the grounds, view the animals, and visit the farm stand. Please respect that this is a working farm so any gates that are closed limit access beyond that point. Access to the residential area, river dike, and our private beach are not available due to insurance liability.
Boat Launch – Our neighbor has a fee-based boat launch available at the end of the road which can be used for kayaks and small launches.
Parking – Parking is available for up to 2 cars. The parking area is on un-even ground and unpaved. We do not have parking for vehicles with low clearance.
Guest behavior - We reserve the right to end the stay at any time based on excessive noise, damage, or disrespectful behavior.
River floats
One of our more popular amenities is a river float through our partner at Float Skagit. Please reach out if you are interested in hearing more.
Farm stand
With advance notice, we can provide picnic items such lunch baskets, farm burgers for the grill, sausages, salad kits, etc.
